Since it was founded in 1835, the Sisters of Good Shepherd has been dedicated in assisting women and children in a variety of non profit, non-denomination social service programs. In 1927, this amazing service came to New Jersey, when they created Collier Youth Services.

Collier Youth Services has become Monmouth County’s best kept secret. It provides a school for students with learning disabilities, behavioral problems, emotional stresses and at-risk youth, a real chance to grow! GoodShepherd

Philanthropist and Humanitarian, Howard Schoor has helped shape the way Collier is today by being a influential member of the Shepherd Province Business Advisory Board.  With his entrepreneur and real estate type background, Mr. Schoor is able to advise and his opinion is great valued on significant operational and financial decisions made within the organization.
